Our Simple 15-day Return Policy
If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 15 days, from the date of dispatch. Our "No Questions asked return" policy means you can return the product for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn't like it. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable. Besides these, you can return articles within the warranty period mentioned on the article, for any manufacturing defects. Once received by us, you can either ask for a cash refund, or a refund voucher.
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Item(s) should be returned in the original box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered with by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
- If you wish to get the product replaced, please call/e-mail our customer support center.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
- Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.
